As the buyer of this animal I agree to the following and will abide by it.

1. This kitten/cat is being purchased for a Pet____Breeder____. We strongly advise that if you are purchasing this
animal as a pet that you have he/or she Spayed/Neutered as soon as your Vet will allow it. Pet papers and, or Breeder TICA registration papers will be sent to you in a timely manner. Pet regististration papers will be sent upon proof of spay/neuter receipt from your Vet.
2. To the best of our knowledge this kitten/cat is in good health and genetically sound and that both parents are healthy and genetically sound at the time of purchase. Our breeders are guaranteed to be FLV and FIV neg. and are FREE of DISEASE  as well as INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARASITES. We do not guarantee end colors, markings, life, health, common or minor problems. Buyer understands this is an exotic pet and seller cannot guarantee behavior problems associated with the cat. Please do not play with the cat with your hands. Provide plenty of toys.
3. Your new kitten should be segregated from all other animals for at least 14 days after purchase or ( 2 weeks). Not keeping with this part of the agreement will void this contract in its entirety.
4. Your kitten will be wormed, Vet checked and will come to you with all recorded Vet records appropriate for their ages. Your new kitten should be taken to your Vet for a checkup within the first seventy two hours (3 days) of purchase. This kitten/cat is guaranteed against life thrreatening congenital defects ONLY.  No other fees shall be incurred by seller. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the kitten/cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed Vet, and a Vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. Seller will replace the said kitten/cat with one of equal value at the seller's discretion in a time period not to exceed 12 months. Seller will under no circumstances be liable for any Vet's fees, attorney fees, transportation fees, or any other fees associated with the purchase/sale of said kitten.
5. NO CASH REFUNDS.
6. Buyer's signature below indicates full agreement of all above conditions. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.

A NON REFUNDABLE 100.00 WILL HOLD THE BENGAL OF YOUR CHOICE. ANY REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN  FULL UPON THE DAY OF PICKUP. KITTENS CAN LEAVE THE CATTERY AT 10 TO 12 WKS. OLD.
